How to make a reservationIt is easy to make a reservation via our website, or you can contact our office on 0800 646 428. We will confirm your reservation and advise you of the cost. You may then make payment via a secure ASB Bank service. Our website provides access to a safe gateway in connection with ASB Bank provided by Paystation. Pick up and Drop offWe will schedule a time to pick you up from your address and try to ensure you are at Auckland Airport in time to meet your flight. (2 hours prior to an international flight and 45 minutes for domestic travel) If you wish to have a longer check in please advise and we will cater for that. For returning passengers we endeavour not to keep you waiting more than 45 minutes once you clear customs. Customer careWe pride ourselves in providing an affordable, comfortable and friendly service. If you feel we don’t meet your expectations then we want to know about it. Likewise if you feel we have provided a great service and would like to tell us about your experience we would like to hear from you. You can contact us on 0800 646 428, or e-mail info@minibus.co.nz RefundsShould you miss your flight or change your plans at the last minute we can make alternative arrangements to cater for your changes or we are happy to provide a refund if you have paid in advance for your travel. Failure to notify Minibus Express of any changes could incur extra charges and no refunds will be given. DisclaimerAt times there are delays caused by factors outside our control. Those include delays caused by traffic congestion or road closures in emergencies, incoming passengers with lost luggage or customs delays, substantial flight delays requiring rescheduling of our shuttles. |
