Airport Transfers

Our door-to-door service takes all the hassle out of getting to and from  Auckland airport, Auckland Wharves Cruise Terminals, and Hamilton Airport.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide transfers to and from Auckland suburbs to Auckland Airport. However we can provide a door to door service between Auckland suburbs and the Waikato region.

FARES: Hamilton  City – Auckland Airport and return

SINGLE Adult Fare: One way $75  -  Return $140 

For Hamilton Airport fares please contact our office on 0800 646 428. Fares vary depending on the location for your pickup or drop off.  Minimum fare $22. You can also TXT "bus" to 9090 and we can call you back to discuss your needs.

• Group Discounts available for 2 or more passengers. 
• Our fares are based on a shared ride service, but we can provide an exclusive service at your request. The fare will differ from the shared ride fare.
• Excess Baggage may incur additional costs, particularly if we are not notified in advance.
• Bookings via telephone can be made between 7.30am and 9.30pm, 7 days a week.

If you are booking for a larger group we may ask for a deposit of 50% of the cost of the fare. This will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 36 hours of the planned travel.

Public Holiday surcharge applies for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day only

Travelling from Hamilton to Auckland Domestic or International Airport

Bookings are essential, we advise booking at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
Upon booking we can calculate your pickup time based on your flight departure time.

International arrivals

When providing your arrival date into NZ please double check they match NZ days/dates due to the international date line. We want to know when you arrive in New Zealand, not when you depart from your international location. If you have any trouble reading your tickets just let us know and we can help you out.

Travelling from Auckland Domestic Airport to Hamilton

Passengers arriving at either Jetstar or Air New Zealand Terminals:
If you have made a booking; please meet us at the baggage claim area... we will be holding a small sign with your name on it

Travelling from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton

If you have already booked your ride; please meet us at the service desks that say Pre Booked Transportion  which are to your left when you exit the secure customs area. Our drivers will be wearing a blue shirt or jacket with our logo on it, and will be holding a small sign with your name on it.

All flight arrival times are monitored so we will have a van ready to meet you if the flight is delayed.

Travelling to and from Hamilton Airport

We provide a pre-booked shuttle service to and from Hamilton Airport. We do our best to accomodate all bookings but appreciate your booking to be confirmed by 3.00pm the day before your travel. For domestic travel we will ensure you are at the airport at least 30 minutes before your flight or earlier if you request it. For the international flights we will ensure you are at the airport 90 minutes to 2 hours before the flight is due to depart. We will try to keep the number of pickups or drop offs to no more than 4 on any one journey to or from the airport.

We drop you at the front of the terminal and on your arrival into Hamilton Airport we will meet you as you come off the flight and enter the terminal. If you are unable to locate our driver our shuttle will be parked at the southern end of the shuttle lane behind the Taxis. If for any reason we are not quite there or your flight arrived early you can call our office on 0800 646 428 and we can advise you when the driver will arrive.
