Airport Transfers

If you're arriving or departing at the airport, how do you find your travel? Take a cab? Rent a car? Drive yourself?

Minibus Express is the easiest and most cost effective airport transfer option. Our door-to-door service takes all the hassle out of getting to and from the Auckland airport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PLEASE NOTE: Minibus Express provides transfers from HAMILTON & the Waikato to AUCKLAND AIRPORT (and return) ONLY. We do not currently provide a transfer service to the Hamilton Airport or for Aucklanders to get to the Auckland Airport.

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express accepted
• Group Discounts available for 2 or more passengers. (Please note our group rates will increase from 1st November 2009)
• Our fares are based on a shared ride service, but we can provide an exclusive service at your request. The fare will differ from the shared ride fare.
• Excess Baggage may incur additional costs, particularly if we are not notified in advance.
• Bookings via telephone can be made between 7.30am and 9.30pm, 7 days a week.

If you are booking for a larger group we may ask for a deposit of 50% of the cost of the fare. This will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 36 hours of the planned travel.

Public Holiday surcharge applies for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day only

Travelling from Hamilton to Auckland Domestic or International Airport

Bookings are essential, we advise booking at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
Upon booking we can calculate your pickup time based on your flight departure time.

When making a booking please have the following information on hand:

International arrivals

When providing your arrival date into NZ please double check they match NZ days/dates due to the international date line. We want to know when you arrive in New Zealand, not when you depart from your international location. If you have any trouble reading your tickets just let us know and we can help you out.

Travelling from Auckland Domestic Airport to Hamilton

Passengers arriving at either Pacific Blue / Jetstar or Air New Zealand Terminals:
If you have made a booking; please meet us at the baggage claim area... we will be holding a small sign with your name on it

Travelling from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton

If you have already booked your ride; please meet us at the service desks that say Pre Arranged Transportion  which are on the left of the aisle as you exit customs, our drivers are wearing blue shirt or jacket with our logo on it, we will be holding a small sign with your name on it.

All flight arrival times are monitored so we will have a van ready to meet you if the flight is delayed.
